Cancellation Policy
The Golden Laurel Head Spa understands that life happens! Please arrive within 15 minutes of your appointment time to avoid an appointment cancellation. We reserve the right to charge a $10 fee for any no-shows/late arrivals to honor our time and the time of the clients who arrive after you.
